Returns

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Once authorized, you’ll receive instructions for how to send back your defective suit.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your suit, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Items not received in their original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.

Returns might be ineligible for exchange or refund for reasons including, but not limited to: obvious signs of use; item not in original condition; damaged or missing parts not due to manufacturer error; item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For sanitary reasons, worn or used swimsuits cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. If you need to exchange your unworn suit for the same item in a different size, contact us at the above contact link. Be sure to include your order number in the message.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

If you are approved for an exchange, you will receive your replacement suit within 10 business days.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your purchase was not made here on cabanadelsol.com, you will not be eligible for a refund, though you may still qualify for an exchange.

You will be notified if your return is deemed ineligible for exchange or refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the adjacent form.Sale items
